You will be taught each of the learner outcomes in stages where your teacher will physically demonstrate the various skills and techniques and then have you physically show them what you have learned. You cannot obtain an Advanced First Aid at work and use of an AED certificate online as there is a practical part of the course that must be physically demonstrated in-person and assessed by your teacher in class. If your license is in Advanced First Aid at work and use of an AED, then yes you can take this course to renew your license. You cannot take the Advanced First Aid at work and use of an AED course to renew a license of a different first aid course.
The minimum age for someone to attend our training is 12 years old and there is no limit to the maximum age. As long as you are strong enough to physically perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at a steady rate for 2 whole minutes, you can come along to the training.
